How can I pay or confirm my subscription?
You can use a credit card or debit card to pay for your subscription plan - all major Credit and Debit cards are accepted.
How do I change my plan?
You can easily upgrade your subscription on the Billing page of your account. Simply select and pay for your new desired plan and the new subscription period will be updated.
Can I cancel my plan whenever I want?
Yes, you can. To cancel your account, please call our contact centre 1800 103 5373 and an ecommerce consultant will assist you with the closing of your account. They will be available during our office hours, from 9.30am to 6.30pm Mondays to Saturdays, excluding public holidays.
(Please note - When your subscription with Shopmatic is cancelled, all data and images will be deleted after the expiration date of your current subscription. Future subscriptions will require you to re-build your site from scratch. Shopmatic does not provide any refunds on unused subscription periods)
How will I be invoiced?
Once you subscribe, you will receive an invoice for the full amount via email. When your subscription is due for renewal you will receive a reminder seven (7) days before the due date to help you continue using our services, without any disruptions.
Is the subscription fee inclusive of taxes?
No, subscription fees quoted do not include applicable service tax.
Does Shopmatic take any commission from my sales?
No commission is taken by Shopmatic, from your online store sales.
What do I get in my 15 day free trial period?
The 15 day free trial on Shopmatic is unique as it gives you the full experience of selling online. Set up an online store, integrate payments and shipping, list on marketplaces and actually sell your products online in your free trial period.
Does the subscription cost include integration of payment gateway and shipping & logistics services?
Yes, all our subscription plans include free integration of payment gateway and shipping & logistics services from our partners.
(Please Note - To enable their services, only the shipping & logistic partners charge a mandatory Rs 1,000 upfront. This amount will be credited to your store account and will be used for the shipment services you use)
Do I have to pay additional fees for advanced features?
We do not limit any of our features and services on any subscription plan. Our pricing plans are devised to give all our customers an equal opportunity to successfully sell online. The different plans vary only on the number of months you subscribe with us. Our annual plan gets you the most savings.
Do I need to pay anything extra if an ecommerce consultant is assigned to me?
Our ecommerce consultant support is fully complimentary. No additional charges apply.
